Job description

We are Bridgestone Mobility Solutions (Webfleet), a leader in SaaS technology solutions and we are looking for a passionate Senior Sales Representative with a proven Sales record and more than 4 years’ experience in the Vehicle telematics / Fleet management industry.

In this role, you will be part of the International sales team in Chile, dedicated to the northern region of Chile, mainly in the city of Antofagasta and will be responsible to prospect, develop and close sales of telematics solutions to large, medium and small companies in your region/s; through a combination of resellers, channel development and direct sales activity.

Here's a little taste of your challenge:

  • Create and develop all potential channels for our business within its assigned territory  (mainly northern Chile)

  • Serve, convert and develop the assigned leads but also develop your own business opportunities, keeping updated and with a correct registration in the CRM (Salesforce)

  • Monitoring and development of the business and indicators of the assigned reseller once created.

  • Training, development and training of the reseller sales force;

  • Monitoring of own and reseller indicators, leads, opportunities and contracts;

  • Implementation of strategies for business development and growth in its territory (mainly northern Chile)

  • Support to  implementation of Marketing plans;

  • Report monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews.

  • Be a hunter.

Who are you?

There is no set route to become a Senior Sales Representative at Webfleet Solutions. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar;

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in the vehicle telematics / fleet management industry;

  • Experience selling to the mining industry and/or its transportation providers is a plus.

  • Strong background in B2B sales and passionate about building a local sales organization from scratch;

  • Proven results to effectively train, mentor, support and manage sales partners;

  • Ability to be "demand generator" in the market with proven ability to detect and “hunt” new business as well as close deals;

  • Ability to work remotely with independence and responsibility;

  • Highly motivated and self-starter mentality with orientation to result;

  • MS Office and CRM expertise, valuable Salesforce;

  • Spanish speaker. Fluent in English.
