About the Role

As a Revenue Readiness Associate at Docker, you will work closely with our Revenue Readiness team to support the sales team by providing learning materials, content, and tools that drive success. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our sales organization is equipped to sell the value of Docker effectively. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to gain experience in training, operations, and cross-functional collaboration while making a tangible impact on the Revenue team. They are task-minded, never lose an action item and help support the larger team in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, organizing, and delivering sales enablement content and materials.

  • Support the execution of sales training and readiness programs.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.

  • Help organize and maintain sales enablement resources for easy access.

  • Assist in coordinating enablement initiatives for product launches and updates.

  • Contribute to content creation for our learning management system (LMS).

  • Use performance data to identify and communicate gaps in sales team skills or knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or a related field (internships or co-op experience are welcome).

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Proactively finds ways to contribute to the Readiness team and Revenue org at large.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools is a bonus.

  • Interest in developing skills in content management and learning systems.

  • Familiarity with a Sales Methodology, like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message

  • Experience with content management and learning management systems

  • Desire to develop internal relationships with all functions of the business

  • Technical understanding of the SDLC is a plus. 

What to expect in the first 30 days:

  • Onboarding to learn about Docker and the Revenue Readiness organization.

  • Gaining an understanding of sales enablement priorities and programs.

  • Familiarize yourself with the tools and processes used at Docker.

What to expect in the first 90 days:

  • Assisting in developing and organizing content for sales enablement initiatives.

  • Learning how to support product launch enablement deliverables.

  • Shadowing and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand workflows.

What to expect in the first year:

  • Contributing to the execution of enablement programs and trainings.

  • Taking ownership of specific enablement projects with guidance.

  • Building strong partnerships with sales and marketing teams.
