Mission: 

• The App Publishing Specialist will play a pivotal role within our Operations Support team.
• Responsible for the deployment of white-label apps to various app stores, ensuring all prerequisites are met, and overseeing the app-building process.

Report to: Operations Lead

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the publishing process of white-label apps to app stores while ensuring compliance with all necessary requirements.
• Gather and organize prerequisites for app publishing, such as assets and information needed for app store listings.
• Build apps according to customer specifications and brand guidelines.
• Provide consultancy and guidance on app design concepts, ensuring they align with customer objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency and quality across app designs.
• Generate visual assets and designs for events and apps based on branding guidelines with the help of a Design Team.
• Adapt web design features to align with branding guidelines.
• Maintain a library of apps, and documentation references.
• Contribute to the improvement of the app publishing team and the services the department offers.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 1.5 - 2 years of relevant experience in app publishing, app development, or a related field.
• Proficiency in digital illustration and photo-editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Experience in coordinating the publishing process of mobile applications to various app stores, ensuring compliance with all necessary requirements.
• Familiarity with app development processes and the ability to build apps according to customer specifications and brand guidelines.
• Strong understanding of app theming systems and services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
