JOB SUMMARY:

We're looking for a Recruiter to join our team. This role will focus on recruiting non-tech roles, but should be flexible to support technical recruitment as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for non-technical roles, occasionally extending to technical positions

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers from the initial stage of job opening and ensure alignment with company objectives

  • Working with employer branding activities

  • Occasionally represent Infomediji (DeoVR) at conferences, meetups and other events to connect with top talent and expand the company’s professional network

  • Work with the People & Culture team to ensure the company’s values and vision are reflected in hiring efforts and initiatives

YOUR PROFILE:
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

  • 1+ year of experience focusing on non-technical roles in tech companies (e.g., Product Manager, Account Manager, Community Manager, SMM, etc.)

  • Strong sourcing skills and a clear understanding of “where to source”

  • Proven experience collaborating directly with hiring managers from Lead to Executive level

  • Readiness to work in a startup environment with a strong sense of personal ownership

  • Fluency in English (B2 and above)

  • Fluency in Russian is a plus

HIRING PROCESS:
  • HR Screening (45 min)

  • Case Task (1-3 hours)

  • Team Interview (1 hour)

  • Chief of Staff Interview (30 min)

  • CEO call (30 min)
