About the Client
Our client is a consulting firm specializing in the development of tailored and innovative digital solutions. They offer services centered around Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM solutions as well as ServiceNow. Their expertise spans from strategic consulting in the early project phases to implementation, project management, training, development/configuration, and ongoing support and optimization.

About the Role:
We are looking for experienced MS Dynamics 365 Developers to join a long-term, innovative project focused on Supply Chain and Finance. The project involves migrating from MS Dynamics 209 to Dynamics 365, with many custom-developed features and logic from Dynamics 209 being retained and adapted. This is a hands-on development role where you'll work on optimizing fast payments, automating validation processes, and managing high transaction volumes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration from MS Dynamics 209 to Dynamics 365, ensuring the seamless adaptation of existing custom-developed logic.
• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Dynamics 365 to support Supply Chain and Finance operations.
• Optimize systems to handle fast payment processes, automate validation workflows, and manage high transaction volumes.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and maintain system performance to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience as an MS Dynamics 365 Developer, with a strong focus on Supply Chain and Finance modules.
• Proven experience in migration projects, especially with custom-developed solutions and retaining/adapting logic from older systems (e.g., MS Dynamics 209).
• Proficiency in designing and implementing customizations and integrations in Dynamics 365.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and optimize systems effectively.
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
• German language skills are a nice-to-have but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
