Job Title: Customer Service Representative (French-speaking)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal 

Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (CDD) 6 months

Start Date: 13th February 2025

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with an international company, with a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-tier service in French.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries in French, ensuring satisfaction and effective problem resolution.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure efficient service and follow-up.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and operational standards.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Gross Salary: 895 per 14 months.
  • Meal Allowance: 7.23 per day.
  • Transport Allowance: 20 per month.
  • Health Insurance: Available from day 1 (employee contribution required until the 6th month, after which its free).
  • Position Bonus (Braga): 20 per 12 months.

Relocation & Additional Information:

  • Lisbon: For candidates relocating to Lisbon, we offer airfare reimbursement up to 400 (economy class) at the end of the 6-month contract.
  • Shared Accommodation: For candidates relocating from outside of Portugal, shared apartment accommodation is provided for a maximum of 12 months with a rent of 280, including all utility bills (deducted directly from the payslip).
  • Remote Work: This is a remote position based in Lisbon, though candidates must be located within Portugal, from Coimbra to Algarve. The company does not provide relocation for candidates from Braga and Aveiro.
  • Remote Work Restrictions: The company does not offer relocation support for candidates outside of the specified regions.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent French speaker (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate within the specified regions.
