Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst for a contract with our client in Eden Prairie, MN.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare claims, pharmacy, and member files, along with expertise in SQL and data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively using healthcare terminology.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret healthcare claims, pharmacy, and member files, identifying critical data elements and relationships.
Develop comprehensive source-to-target mapping documents with accurate transformations.
Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and cleanse data for analytical purposes.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
Ensure data integrity through meticulous validation and cleansing processes.
Stay informed about industry regulations, payer-provider dynamics, and emerging healthcare trends.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, communicating insights effectively in healthcare terminology.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, data analytics, computer science, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst in the healthcare industry.
Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries and performing data transformations.
Deep knowledge of healthcare claims, pharmacy, and member files.
Expertise in creating source-to-target mapping documents.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred:

Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, CPT, ICD-10).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $50-$65
