Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking experienced bookkeepers and tax compliance with a minimum of 2 years in the industry to join our high-performing team. This role is perfect for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in fast-moving environments and are passionate about delivering high-accuracy financial results.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and send invoices to clients via Xero and monitor payments through Xero and Airwallex.
  • Maintain and update the Master Costing Spreadsheet and Staff Deposits file.
  • Prepare monthly staffing invoices, ensuring timely submission for review and approval.
  • Record and monitor client costs via Excel for monthly invoicing.
  • Process payments for marketplace suppliers, couriers, equipment, and other services.
  • Manage petty cash reporting, issuance, and replenishment.
  • Review and process salary payments for contractors, interns, and bonuses, as well as allowances and reimbursements.
  • Conduct reconciliation of client payments through Xero and Airwallex.
  • Follow up on and resolve outstanding debts efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the CEO for diarized payment discussions.
 

Technical Skills and Experiences

  • 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping roles.
  • Experience in Tax Compliance.
  • Proficiency in Xero and other bookkeeping software.
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel for financial data management.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping practices and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in dynamic and fast-paced environments with high-efficiency demands.
