Lead Ambientes Previos

Country: Argentina

En Santander Tecnología estamos impulsando y acompañando una transformación cultural y tecnológica. Estamos buscando Lead Ambientes Previos, para sumarse al equipo de Ambientes No-Productivos de Software en Santander Tecnología 🚀

💪🏼 ¿Cuáles son los principales desafíos del rol?

Liderar un equipo técnico para:

  • Monitoreo y Observabilidad de ambientes no-productivos (on-prem, cloud, midrange y mainframe)
  • Configuración de ambientes.
  • Gobierno de datos/Enmascaramiento.
  • Consultoría y soporte ante incidencias.
  • Diseño y desarrollo de plataforma de gobierno de ambientes.
  • Integración con equipos de Delivery de productos y Operaciones para el desarrollo de servicios, integraciones y automatizaciones.
  • Reducir la cantidad de errores en ambientes no productivos, mejorar el time-to-market, y garantizar que los ambientes permitan probar todas las casuísticas antes del depliegue en producción.
  • Dinámica de OKRs, SLAs
  • Mejora continua de dashboards, servicios del área y flujos de trabajo.
  • Liderar el Proyecto de enmascaramiento de bases de datos.
  • Participación del Proyecto de migración de Mainframe a Gravity (Arquitectura Cloud para core Bancario Santander)

  • Actividades DevOps en gral.
  • CI/CD
  • Administración de configuración de ambientes y reléase management.
  • Control de versionados.
  • Resolución de incidencias y RCA.
  • Monitoreo de infra y plataformas
  • Construcción de dashboards de servicios e implementación de métricas.
  • OKRs, SLAs, KPIs.
  • Procesos de Mejora Continua.
  • Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Procesos y aplicaciones de servicios financieros (nice-to-have)
  • Tools Monitoring & Observability.
  • Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus…
  • Sistemas Operativos (+linux) / Middleware / Bases de Datos (+Oracle)
  • Cloud / APIs / Microservicios / Contenedores.
  • Metodologías ágiles de desarrollo
  • Programación. Scripting / Object-Oriented
