Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • You will manage a group of our compliance customers’ state job bank accounts to ensure they are compliant with their job posting regulations.
  •  You will troubleshoot any job posting issues that arise.
  • You will work across 56 different state job banks in building relationships and fine-tuning processes to ensure fast and efficient employer account registrations and job postings.   

Most days will involve:

  • Reviewing and resolving account issues, escalating as needed
  • Communicating with and maintaining Employer accounts

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Auditing accounts for internal quality assurance
  • Assisting with other projects or tasks within the team as needed

Requirements & Skills:

  • You are meticulous with details and enjoy a challenge.
  • You like to work independently on resolving customer issues and ensuring specific rules and standards are followed to maintain compliance and high client satisfaction.
  • You are excellent with time management and pride yourself on staying on top of things.  
  • You may have a degree, certificate, or a few years of data entry, B2B customer service, or administrative experience.
