Job description

Your mission
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for performance marketing and a proven track record in managing global PPC campaigns? We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of our paid acquisition channels. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in paid search platforms, bid management, and data-driven decision making to drive customer acquisition. If you have strong knowledge of paid search platforms, a performance-driven mindset, and the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders, we want to hear from you.

 

What you will do:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize PPC strategies to meet business objectives across Google, Bing and LinkedIn covering mainly all EU and USA markets
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and selection for global pay-per-click campaigns
  • Identify areas of improvement including keyword development, bid management, ad copy optimization, ad extensions, targeting, landing page optimization, etc.
  • Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to ensure efficient spend and high ROI
  • Drive channel forecasting and budgeting to meet growth targets
  • Manage vendors/agencies to launch and optimize paid media campaigns
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing teams to ensure brand-aligned messaging, improve lead quality, and drive user acquisition, conversion, and awareness
  • Develop and manage an email marketing strategy to nurture leads effectively
Your profile
  • At least 3 years of PPC experience managing global campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of paid search and ads platforms as well as tracking (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager…)
  • Possesses clear domain expertise in the paid search space, having directly managed high-budget, multinational campaigns with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Performance driven, able to understand, analyze, report, and optimize on ROAS (results-driven approach) 
  • Ability to deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting on all activities to key stakeholders
  • Self-starter who takes ownership of the assigned channels and is willing to go above and beyond
  • Track record of consistently delivering excellent results in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
  • Prior B2B SaaS experience preferred
  • Salesforce and SEO tools experience is a plus
  • Basic design skills are a plus

  • Compensation: For this position, the monthly base salary we offer ranges between € 3.500,-/gross and € 4.200,-/gross. The salary is paid out 14x per year, including an all-in contract based on 38,5 hours/week. Your final salary will be in line with your qualifications and experience!
