Infor WFM Sr. Technical Consultant

 Basic Qualification EDUCATION

 Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Computer Application, Information Technology, or equivalent

 Master’s degree in business administration from a top school (full time or part time) AND/OR Equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE:

 At least 6+ years of IT experience (support + implementation)

 Min 3 years of Infor experience

 Experience in Big 4, other consulting firms is preferred

*Job Description Key Roles & Responsibilities:*

 Current customization done in the current version WFM/time v6.2.3.35 discuss with SA on what got moved to Core in the WFM Version 2024.05. Will work on the differentiator and unique to develop in Groovy.

 Act as a subject matter expert, demonstrate in-depth domain and industry knowledge, and help build Infor practice.

 Map complex business processes to develop robust and scalable Technical OR Functional solutions.

 Design, mobilize, present, and deliver a complete end to end solutions using Infor application to meet client needs.

 Lead client discussions on the proposed solution, architectural designs, and roadmaps.

 Drive Infor implementation from discovery to sustain.

 Demonstrate application-level functional or technical knowledge on Infor WFM Platform.

 Advisor to Infor clients on Industry best practices to deliver efficient solutions.

 Stakeholder collaboration and management, Maintain customer relationship.

 Develop migration, integration, testing, and deployment strategies.

 Achieving engagement goals  

*Core Competency*

1. At least 5 years of experience in full project life cycle implementation as a principal consultant or solution architect in ERP software packages

2. At least 2 years of experience in Infor Product Architecture Engagements primarily focused on WFM.

3. Ability to design and present holistic solution leveraging strong business acumen, analytical and technical aptitude based on Infor WFM application.

4. Should have good domain knowledge in one or more of the following: Human Capital Management, Payroll, Time & Attendance, workforce scheduling, etc.

5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Industry Standards, Testing Tools, and Accelerators

6. Experience with one or more project lifecycle management, issue tracking and/or knowledge repository platforms.

7. Should be able to develop business case and roadmap.

8. Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.

9. Infor Certification is an advantage.
