2. 熟悉快消品市场，有良好的客户开发管理能力；
3. 具备本地KA谈判能力，连锁KA优异落地执行力；
4. 具备有效的人员组织发展经验，团队管理经验，善于变革领导和管理；

What will be your key responsibilities?

1. 负责区域内的销售管理工作，包含目标的分解和跟进；
2. 管理所负责的经销商日常工作，包含账款、费用的核对、核销；对接客户组，推动活动的执行；
3. 带领团队成员完成分销/陈列/价格/库存等市场表现目标，渠道拓展目标；
4. 与主要经销商进行定期生意计划和回顾及行动计划制定跟进；
5. 团队管理，激励和支持团队意愿和能力的提升，打造高执行力的团队；
