Oversee evidence-generation strategies by identifying data gaps, prioritizing needs, and guiding study designs (e.g., clinical studies, HEOR/RWE analyses). Manage the Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR) process and chair relevant committees to ensure impactful and compliant scientific activities.
4.    Content and Field Medical Support
Ensure consistent scientific messaging across all materials, while collaborating with field medical teams to execute external expert interactions, evidence-generation activities, and training programs aligned with emerging evidence and medical strategies.
5.    Cross-functional Collaboration and Compliance
Partner with Commercial, Market Access, and Clinical Development teams to provide medical insights, ensuring cohesive cross-functional initiatives. Represent Medical Affairs in review committees to maintain regulatory compliance and strategic alignment.
