Parexel is hiring a Program Specialist in Argentina to support our FSP team.

An FSP Program Specialist proactively cooperates with the FSP Operations Leads FSP General Managers, FSP Program Leads and FSP Functional Leads on program tasks and coordinates team activities in areas owned by the PS. Understands PS role impact on program success, particularly on the quality and timeliness of deliverables and acts accordingly. An FSP Program Specialist can be assigned to provide support for any Programs of as deemed necessary by their Line Manager.

Supporting Activities

Program Execution and Control Management:

Analyze program reporting to identify issues and risks and present to the program team. Responsible for coordination of governance meetings and action management. Maintenance of systems and tools applicable to the Program.

Program Integration Management:

Use systems and tools expertise in collaboration with the program team to

identify, unify, and coordinate the various project management activities

within the various processes.  Collaborates with the Program team to make choices about where to concentrate effort on any given day, anticipating

potential issues and risks, dealing with these issues before they come critical,

and coordinating work of the overall program.  Coordinate defined activities and deliverables in areas of their own responsibility.

Program Meeting Management:

Program meetings preparation and attendance; support the preparation of requirement information for Program review meetings / governance meetings; reporting of owned responsibilities during meeting attendance; support tracking and follow up of action items  Presents topics related to their own responsibilities to internal audiences.

Program Financial Management:

  • Partner with FSP Financial Analyst & Billers to review, finalize and approve Service Fee (SF) Invoices & Pass Through (PT) cost Invoices
  • Financial set-up new accounts or new contracts
  • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Tracking and Summarization
  • Expenses w PT costs/invoices (track / reconcile)
  • Contract / WO Renewals and CIS
  • Client monthly reporting of budget accruals, FTEs, and/or hours by deliverable/task

Program Closure:

Collaborate with the Program Team to ensure that any program closure and reporting tasks are completed.

Metrics & KPIs:

Client Monthly & Quarterly Metric Reporting (must have 3 core KPIs TTF, Turnover, and Training compliance + client specific KPIs) Collection, Analysis, and Reporting of Internal KPIs & program partnership KPIs

Other Operational Support:

  • Program Organizational Chart maintenance
  • Perform periodic reviews of documentation, inspection readiness
  • Maintain Client Equipment Tracker
