Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support from your home office. You will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, answering inquiries, handling reservations, and ensuring a positive and seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering Inquiries:
    • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and text messages from guests.
    • Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally regarding reservations, menu items, events, and any other relevant information.
    • Provide accurate and helpful information to guests, including recommendations on dining times, party sizes, and any special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions, celebrations).
  • Reservation Management:
    • Book and manage reservations through our online reservation system and other relevant platforms.
    • Ensure accurate recording and confirmation of all reservations.
    • Monitor reservation availability and proactively address any potential conflicts.
  • Guest Relations:
    • Handle guest complaints, inquiries, and feedback effectively and efficiently.
    • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
    • Build rapport with guests and cultivate positive relationships.
  • Operational Support:
    • Assist with event coordination as needed, providing support for private events and special occasions.
    • Communicate important information to restaurant staff regarding guest preferences, special requests, and any relevant updates.
    • Maintain accurate records of all guest interactions, reservations, and other relevant information.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, such as data entry and report generation.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications (e.g., email, CRM systems, reservation platforms).
  • High-speed internet access and a reliable home office environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
