Job Description

As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operations of this dynamic psychology clinic. Your organizational prowess and attention to detail will be instrumental in managing a variety of administrative tasks, from email correspondence to invoice processing. Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to clinic emails with professionalism and efficiency
  • Process invoices and handle payment acceptance, ensuring accurate financial records
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for clinic documents and patient records
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling as needed
  • Support clinic staff with various administrative tasks to optimize daily operations
  • Collaborate with the virtual receptionist team to ensure seamless patient service
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance clinic efficiency


Requirements
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skill
