What You'll Do::
The Web & Digital Content Manager for Arizona College of Nursing will intake and implement website content updates, support our web strategy, and assist with UI modifications across our primary web properties. Under the direction of the Web Product Manager, this role works collaboratively with other marketing roles to implement our SEO strategy and reach our larger business goals. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of website content management and strategy focused on organic search performance and conversion.
Essential Duties:
• Review new requests for website updates, set timelines, implement updates in the CMS, and communicate with requestors on the status of the requests
• Ensure that all new content is approved through proper channels, meets brand standards, and is optimized for web performance and accessibility standards
• Proactively identify and implement improvements and updates to information on the website
• Maintain content calendar and assist with reviewing content for accuracy
• Communicate with faculty, departments, and marketing teams to gather needed content
• Interface with SEO and analytics tracking platforms to validate content performance
• Ensure all business and local listing data is accurate and updated
• Test web forms and marketing systems regularly to ensure proper functionality
• Identify opportunities to leverage A/B testing and user research for optimization

What We Need From You::

Must Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience editing with WordPress CMS and Gutenberg
• Experience reviewing, formatting, and publishing web content using industry best practices
• Experience prioritizing and managing requests across a large organization
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting and editing styles
• Experience with Google Analytics and Looker Studio
• Experience with tools for image resizing and optimization for web (e.g. Adobe CS or similar)
• Knowledge of UI principles and best practices for desktop and mobile websites
• Excellent communication skills. (Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders to clarify requested updates or request specific media)
Nice to Have:
• Some experience in writing and editing content for the web
• Experience with structured data implementation and information architecture
