Director of Product


GLOBO’s Director of Product is on a mission to make GLOBO’s product the premier Language and Cultural support technology that consistently wins in the market. This role will create and sustain the systems and structures to Design, Launch, and consistently Improve new and existing GLOBO products. This role acts as a bridge between business and technical teams in pursuit of language and cultural access and equity. 


This role will contribute, evaluate, prioritize, and make actionable ideas and requirements from the business, the market, and GLOBO Customers. GLOBO Product Managers work collaboratively with Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to deliver the best experiences, articulate product strategy, and track product and feature launches through Benefit Validation. The Director of Product Role will serve as conductor, ensuring the team is supported to execute design, communication, development, and launch activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research, prioritization, and planning to conceptualize strategic vision and roadmap
  • Communicate for both Executive and Project Team Audiences
  • Create the systems and structures needed for consistent product delivery
  • Lead Product Design functions including prototyping, feedback sessions, visibility
  • Facilitate continuous team learning and development, mentor team members and thoughtfully design org structure
  • Oversee product development and launch activities
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product execution
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to leverage growth opportunities
  • Manage product performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Facilitate communication on initiatives and overarching Product Strategy
Requirements

 Required Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology-, or Design- related field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, processes, and launches across functional areas
  • Highly flexible, resourceful, diligent, and communicative
  • Experience leading technical teams with a technical background
  • Ability to provide technical scope and technical user stories for a developer audience
  • 10+ years in a Product Management Role
