As the Sales Development Representative, you will provide excellence by:
Researching and identifying potential clients using platforms such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.
Building and maintaining a database of prospects, including key decision-makers.
Analyzing business directories, trade shows, and online resources to identify leads.
Conducting light introductions and scheduling meetings for account executives.
Gathering insights to refine outreach and engagement strategies.
Partnering closely with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with sales goals.
Providing regular updates and metrics on outreach and appointment-setting performance.
Suggesting and implementing strategies to optimize lead generation and appointment processes.
Utilizing AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency.
Do you have what it takes to be our Sales Development Representative?
You are highly qualified if you have:
At least 5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment in the supply chain, logistics sector.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or equivalent platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using data scraping tools and conducting online research.
A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
Self-starter and results-driven attitude with meticulous attention to detail.
Must be presently residing in the Philippines.
