Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day from 7am to 7pm New Zealand Time
  • Manage all aspects of the company’s digital marketing presence
  • Potential to expand role to oversee additional marketing specialists or assistants in the future
  • Collaborate closely with company leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies focusing on LinkedIn and email marketing
  • Create and manage content for LinkedIn to increase brand visibility and engagement
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including regular newsletters
  • Improve search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance the company’s online visibility
  • Provide strategic input and ideas for brand awareness and growth
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with psychologists to ensure content accuracy and alignment with clinical standards
  • Balance maintaining a personalized, boutique feel while expanding market reach
  • Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly


Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in LinkedIn and email marketing
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
  • Ability to work independently while accepting input from company leadership
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies for professional services or healthcare industries preferred
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on marketing performance
  • Adaptability to work in a growing startup environment
