9:00am to 6:00pm NSW with 1 hour of unpaid lunch break and 2 15 mins paid break (7:00am - 4:00pm Manila time)
Role Purpose:
As a key player within our dropship team, the role is responsible for the curation and presentation of dropship vendors’ products on the company website. The role provides a high level of service for sellers, making sure that products are displayed on the website with accurate product information and photography whilst aligning, reinforcing and growing the company's quality and brand DNA.
You will support the Product Curator Manager by quickly building and developing a substantial dropship product assortment ready for the launch to drive the ongoing growth of the program. The company has a distinct design handwriting, the curation and selection of products at speed and scale to complement this offer will be paramount to the acceptance and success of the program.
In addition, we intend to offer an extended assortment of products that sit outside of the handwriting to appeal to an aesthetic/style which may not typically align with the our view of design, or in adjacent categories that the company is not well-established. These products will be merchandised differently to products that meet our design handwriting criteria.
Your role will require close collaboration with the Dropship, Merchandise and Digital teams to reach business objectives to ensure that the operational execution of the program is exceptional and aligns to agreed service levels.
Responsibilities:
Support the Business Development team to manage seller relations to encourage the highest level of performance and commitment between both parties and provide analysis of key business data and reporting to assist seller management and range planning.
Support sellers by providing a high level of service by answering technical or operational questions.
Lead in onboarding seller’s catalogs onto the company's platform by identifying cohesive, highly commercial and impactful ranges that attract and grows the company's customer base.
Collate Vendor Contracts, Rebate Schedules, SLAs, Vendor Maintenance Forms and ensure they are completed and submitted to the Business Developer for sign off
Maintain accurate seller product information for the company platform’s database; maintenance of pricing, seller information, product descriptions, features & benefits, dimensions and product lifecycle.
Assist with promotional planning to ensure sellers are capitalizing on sales opportunities.
Monitor and engage with the company across communication platforms including workplace to ensure the Dropship team is connected and listening to stores requirements and feedback.
Assisting the Customer Care team, respond to all store and website enquiries relating to Dropship products, product issues and warranty and claims.
Observe and adopt the company brand values.
Ensure that timely completion of all company directed learning and development initiatives.
Undertake any other duties as required.
Ensure health and safety matters are raised at an appropriate level
Requirements
Business degree or relevant experience in buying, product development, or ecommerce preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in dropshipping or B2C retail marketplace operations, or 3 years’ experience selling to business clients with management background.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in buying and merchandise management, including working with local and overseas suppliers.
Demonstrates personal commitment to safety and promotes safety within the team and work environment.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
