The position


Are you a life science graduate (Biomedical Engineer, Physiology, Neuroscience, etc.) who is looking to start a technical support career? As a Training and Technical Support Engineer, you will be tasked with helping North American scientists, engineers, and educators in the life science market utilize ADInstruments Hardware and Software products for their research applications as well as assist with the repair of these same products.  You must be comfortable with discussing our products and the applications ADInstruments services at a deep technical level, and have strong interpersonal skills.  Additionally, you will help support our sales staff during their day-to-day sales duties, and assist in the development of training and technical support documentation for our staff and customers.


To be considered for this role, you must have:


- A Bachelor of Science in the Life Science field (Anatomy, Physiology, Biology, Biomedical Engineering)

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills


You must be a problem solver, highly computer literate and interested in technology. Laboratory research or familiarity with electronics and scientific/biomedical laboratory equipment is preferred, as well as demonstrated experience in life science fields such as physiology and neurobiology.
