Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

Making arrangement for crew trainings.
Data entry and maintaining crew training database and programs.
Monitoring progress of crew trainings onboard and at shore.
Posting and issuing training invoices in the accounting program.
Assisting manager with budget preparation.
Preparing reports and training statistics.
Communications with Training centres, crew and vessel.

Required Experience and Skills

Graduate of business or shipping related discipline
Recent experience in a similar role or in crewing would be preferred
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
A positive mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to changes
Team player and able to work without supervision.
