THE JOB:

We’re looking for a Project Manager to establish an advanced project management culture to help a growing team with effective and efficient management. You could become a consolidating point to orchestrate day to day work as well as think of bigger plans for our teams including Unity, Web-XR and other teams as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cooperate to establish a project management culture in a dynamic environment

• Manage the full development cycle from conception to deployment

• Tasks decomposition and proper allocation to team players based on qualification, experience and skills

• Transforming high-level requirements into a backlog

• Measure overall team performance and monitor progress using appropriate project management tools and techniques

• Keeping everyone aligned on project objectives and delivery dates

• Lead process of problem identification and resolution

• Simultaneously work on multiple projects within the company’s portfolio, pushing them to completion no matter what it takes

• Participate in the creation of roadmaps for different projects

• Motivate the team involved in the project

YOUR PROFILE:

• 3+ of project management experience in IT

• Expertise in cross-functional team collaboration and communication

• Excellent communications skills 

• English proficiency at B2 level or above

• Detail-oriented while being able to see the “big picture”

• Applicable knowledge of different agile management approaches (Scrum, Kanban) 

• Competency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Notion)

• Proven leadership abilities, with a focus on hands-on problem-solving and decision-making

BONUS:

• Basic product management skills 

• Experience in start-ups

• Knowledge of VR, AR, Unity, WebXR, AI, ML

• Case Task Q&A (15-20 min, optional)

• Case Task (2-4 hours) 

• Team Interview (1 hour)

• CEO Interview (30 min)
