Job description

Administrative Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote (Indonesia)

Employment Type: Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational Support:
  • Conduct research on relevant topics, including opportunities, resources, and product samples.
  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Update and maintain data in project management tools and spreadsheets.
  • Project Management:
    • Coordinate and manage small-scale projects, such as adding new products to the website or organizing resources.
    • Support brand initiatives, including research and concept development.
    • Ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Research:
    • Investigate new opportunities in specific areas, industries, or topics as assigned.
    • Use tools like ChatGPT and other AI platforms to optimize workflows and generate insights.
  • Meeting & Calendar Management:
    • Attend and actively participate in virtual meetings.
    • Prepare agendas, recap discussion points, and follow up on action items.
    • Manage calendars and schedule meetings as needed.

    Requirements

    Preferred Background & Qualifications
    • Experience:
      • At least 2-3 years of experience in operational support, project coordination, or a similar role.
      • Exposure to legal analysis or strategic thinking roles is a strong plus.
    • Technical Proficiency:
      • Advanced knowledge of Excel and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
      • Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance productivity.
    • Soft Skills:
      • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
      • Independent, aggressive, and self-starting personality.
      • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities are highly valued.
