The Opportunity
Nestlé has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Field Planning Specialist to join our growing Field Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously analysing the quarterly cycle plan, which sets the priorities for the Field Sales team to execute across different categories and customers within the
Pharmacy business. Additionally, this role will involve close collaboration with the National Field Sales Manager for Pharmacy.
A day in the Life…
- Monitor and report weekly results against cycle plan deliverables.
- Coordinate feedback on major activities and communicate with key stakeholders.
- Create and distribute presentations for cycle and customer engagement meetings.
- Collaborate with Category, Customer, and Supply Chain teams for optimal execution.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations.
- Reconcile results against the agreed plan (Excel/Power BI).
- Report weekly results against cycle plan targets (Pre-sells, Compliance, Displays).
- Deliver timely feedback reports, including input from State Field Sales Managers.
- Facilitate weekly review meetings with customer business managers and field representatives.
- Distribute quarterly engagement decks to the Operations Manager.
- Ensure timely reporting and support the National Field Sales Manager.
What will make you successful:
- Relevant qualifications such as bachelor’s degree or higher
- Proven experience in a similar role in FMCG or Supply Chain organisation.
- You will have a sound knowledge across Microsoft Suites such as Excel/Power BI
- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Effective communication and presentation skills are vital as you develop working partnerships with stakeholders at different levels in the organisation.
