The Role

We're looking for an Operations Associate to support daily operations and lead projects that improve efficiency and strengthen our client's capabilities. You're someone who takes responsibility, acts with integrity, and stays motivated to get things done. You see challenges as opportunities, value teamwork over individual credit, and are curious, open to feedback, and eager to learn. With a process-driven mindset, you thrive in a dynamic environment and focus on achieving shared success.

Location

Fully Remote in the US - MST & PST time zones preferred

What You'll Do

  • Analyzing current workflows to find and implement better, automated solutions for optimizing processes.
  • Working closely with founders and teams across marketing, sales, and software development to ensure smooth operations.
  • Preparing key documents like reports, spreadsheets, and briefing notes.
  • Managing the organization, distribution, and secure archiving of confidential files.
  • Leading special projects to enhance our operational capabilities.
  • Supporting user assistance and customer success systems to improve the overall experience.

What You Bring to the Table

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and effectively manage priorities.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy and skilled in using automation tools and software.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, applying first principles and systems thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional-grade writing skills for business communication.
