Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:30 AM-12:30 PM Arlington, Texas Time


Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to manage our online presence and engage with our audience across various digital platforms. This role will focus on social media management, content creation, digital advertising, email campaigns, and event promotion. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, adept at driving engagement, and skilled in coordinating cross-channel marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee daily social media operations, including managing multiple brand accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), scheduling content, monitoring performance, and engaging with followers.

  • Content Creation: Develop on-brand, engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, and written posts to captivate target audiences. Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and style across all channels.

  • Digital Advertising & Email Campaigns: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Create and manage email campaigns to promote services, products, or events, ensuring strong audience segmentation and performance tracking.

  • Event Promotion & Coordination: Support marketing efforts for events and webinars by creating campaigns, promotional materials, and engaging posts. Assist with event-related communication, registration tracking, and follow-up activities.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze key metrics and prepare regular performance reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media, email, and digital advertising efforts. Use insights to recommend improvements and optimize strategies.

  • Admin tasks as needed
