Job Overview:

Netchex is looking for a results-oriented and experienced Senior Field Representative to join our high-performing sales team to cover NY, NJ and CT Area. This senior-level role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in payroll and HCM sales. As a Senior Field Representative, you will adopt a consultative approach, spearheading client acquisition efforts in untapped markets, forging strong relationships with key decision-makers, and consistently exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and refine sales strategies targeting businesses needing payroll, HCM, and benefits management solutions. Identify growth opportunities through market research.
  • New Client Acquisition: Build strong relationships with C-suite executives, acting as a trusted advisor to position Netchex solutions effectively.
  • Territory Management: Manage and expand large territories, maximizing growth in new and undeserved markets.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, driving performance to exceed sales quotas.
  • Consultative Selling: Deliver impactful presentations and tailored proposals to meet client needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and influence product enhancements.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and use data to make strategic decisions.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of outside sales experience in payroll, HCM, or related industries, with a strong track record of success in high-velocity environments.
  2. Sales Performance: Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding monthly sales quotas of $45,000 or more in a competitive, B2B sales environment.
  3. High-Velocity Sales Expertise: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-velocity sales environments, particularly in the 50-500 employee space, where quick lead generation and deal closure are paramount.
  4. Relationship Building: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging and influencing key stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
  5. Self-Starter: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working autonomously in a remote environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Problem Solving & Adaptability: Ability to analyze client needs, identify potential obstacles, and create tailored solutions that solve complex challenges.
