As a Senior Recruiting Lead, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top-tier talent to negotiating offers, with a focus on hiring for both U.S. and international positions. You’ll lead recruitment initiatives across a variety of functions, work closely with senior leadership to anticipate hiring needs, and build a recruitment team to support our global goals.

Develop and lead strategic recruiting initiatives to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent, with a focus on aligning hiring efforts with our company's growth goals.
Proactively source senior-level candidates through online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, professional networks) and build a pipeline of high-caliber talent.
Oversee and optimize interview and selection procedures, including in-depth screening calls, advanced assessments, and final-stage interviews, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with top candidates and industry leaders, positioning our company as an employer of choice.
Partner with hiring managers and executive leadership to define staffing needs, job specifications, compensation structures, and role expectations for both U.S. and international positions.
Craft compelling job postings that highlight our company's unique culture and growth opportunities, ensuring they resonate with experienced professionals.
Manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates, especially at the senior level.
Evaluate, refine, and innovate recruitment strategies, continuously improving our sourcing, selection, and hiring processes to stay competitive in the market.
Champion a superior candidate experience, acting as a trusted advocate and ensuring that candidates are engaged, informed, and motivated throughout the recruitment journey.

What We’re Looking For in a Strong Candidate:
Extensive experience as a Senior Recruiter or in a similar leadership role, with a track record of successfully scaling teams across different regions, particularly in fast-paced environments.
Deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including advanced sourcing techniques, talent acquisition strategies, and optimizing recruitment processes for efficiency and impact.
Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and managing candidate databases to streamline and enhance recruitment efforts.
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Educational background from a top-tier university, ideally one of the “Big Four” in the Philippines, combined with continuous learning and professional development in talent acquisition or HR.
Strong decision-making and leadership skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make strategic hiring recommendations.
Self-motivated and able to lead recruitment efforts independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment that spans multiple countries and time zones.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all recruitment and hiring practices.
Proficiency in leveraging social media and professional networks to source top talent, including building a personal brand as a thought leader in the recruiting space.
