What are we looking for?

• A passion for digital commerce – ‘An Early Adopter’
• Experience of working in digital commerce or category leadership preferred
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Strategic and operational capability required

What will be your key responsibilities?

Partner with the UK dcom team, the wider UK business, regional Centre of Acceleration, global content team and external agencies to deliver.

• Channel Insights: Identify sub-channel insights gaps for eB2B and ODD and deliver research to close these gaps alongside the relevant regional stakeholders & UK Digital Acceleration Manager
• Digital Thought-Leadership: Create sub channel tailored customer-facing Digital Thought Leadership.  Integrating a range of insights to grow our category with our customers including our Mars Impulse Digital Strategy, Snacking Category Vision and our Test and Learn Programme.  
• Customer-facing expert: Be the credible dcommerce expert for our eB2B and ODD customers, presenting DTL & channel insights directly alongside the KAMs
• eB2B DIP: Working alongside the eImpulse Head, lead the DIP programme with the Impulse team in service of future-state integration.
