Job Summary: Responsible for generating revenue for the brands they are assigned to by utilizing the available resources and programs provided to them by the Sales Director.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Spend time directly in contact with clients and prospects on phone, video conference, trade shows or office visits.
  • Leverage our CRM to manage workflow (i.e., create insertion orders, client notes/updates, track email, etc.)
  • Continually engage existing accounts while driving engagement with new prospects via all channels (i.e., email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.)
  • Communicate with Sales Director regularly to discuss sales objectives and needs.
  • Work with other departments to meet client goals and objectives.
  • Meet or exceed all revenue goals they are responsible for
  • Work with all current clients to maximize their spend with assigned brands
  • Develop new business by actively researching and canvasing prospects
  • Create detailed proposals to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
  • Present products to prospective clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment
  • Be a visible ambassador for the brands they represent.
  • Maintain company KPI/goals for sales activity/engagement
  • Identify company cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts/discussions


Core Competencies:

  • Experience working with a large client portfolio or managing multiple accounts concurrently.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, research, and other B2B marketing solutions.
  • A keen interest in learning about emerging media trends and advertising technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly to clients and internal teams.


Qualifications:

  • Client-Facing Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients at once while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Analytical Mindset: Basic understanding of media performance metrics (e.g., impressions, click-through rates, conversions) and the ability to interpret data to inform client decisions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Familiarity with media planning tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines while delivering high-quality results for multiple clients.
  • Proactive and Solution-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems quickly, and work independently within a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
  • 1-2 years in B2B sales, media or account management role.
  • 2 to 3 years media sales preferred
  • Experience working in media agency or digital marketing environment is a plus


This position requires travel which includes air travel.


We are excited to share the OTE for this position is $70,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This OTE is made up of a target base salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 and commission target of $20,000 - $30,000. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.


If you are hired for this position at Endeavor, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as hiring location, skillset, prior years’ experience, relevant education, certain degrees and certifications, training, and market considerations. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
