The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an EMEA Total Rewards Specialist (m/f/*) you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Supporting the design and implementation of competitive compensation structures. Conduct benchmarking to ensure pay equity and competitiveness within the MedTech industry

  • Generating and analyzing compensation and benefits data to provide insights into trends, cost control, and areas for improvement

  • Overseeing benefit programs and collaborate with external providers to optimize offerings

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in assigned markets

  • Collaborating with the Business, HR Servies, HR partners and Talent Acquisition teams to develop and execute strategies that attract, retain and motivate talent

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Proven and profound Total Rewards experience and strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices

  • Fluent in English and German (verbal and written)

  • Very strong numeric and analytical skills with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Proven project management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of compensation and benefits systems and legislation in the EMEA region, primarily Germany

  • Strong focus on data accuracy with the ability to see the big picture and make proposals for improvements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Other languages such as French, Spanish, Italian or Dutch

  • Previous experience with Workday, BetterComp, SAP is qualifying

Work location:

  • Remote, will require occasional travel to our head office

Travel: May include up to 10-20% domestic or international travel

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
