Job description

Position Summary

IEM is looking for a Full-Time Reporting Specialist who will be directly involved in developing the strategy and execution of plans for program system support.

Primary Location:

  • Candidates can originate from anywhere in the United States, you will work remotely from home or personal office location.
  • All remote work environments require the ability to maintain minimum Internet speeds of 25 Mbps upload and 3 Mbps download, as well as a ping rate of 100 ms or less during working hours, regardless of the type and number of devices using your Internet connection. You must also have account privileges and access to your Internet service provider account during working hours for the purposes of maintaining the Internet connection, if needed.

Essential Functions

  • Analyzing data to help drive the approach and prioritization for the program.
  • Building business cases and justification with data to drive decisions.
  • Creating executive updates and reports to effectively communicate the vision, priorities, approach and progress of the program.
  • Operationalizing system functionality as a point of contact for system development.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a reporting role.
  • Strong analytical skills, including knowledge of database tools (especially MySQL/MariaDB) , BI toolsets, and Excel.
  • Strong presentation skills, proficient with PowerPoint and graphical data representation.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable in an executive setting.
  • Inquisitive thinker with a curious, strategic mindset.
  • Familiarity working with cloud-based services including AWS.
