Description

EIS announces Financial Modelling Specialist position opening.

We are looking for someone with strong financial and business acumen, who is a self-starter, a great communicator, and who enjoys collaborating

with people with a diverse set of talents, in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have deep analytical capabilities, strong financial

modelling and forecasting skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

This position has primary responsibility for driving the strategic financial planning and analysis function including the development of long-term

business plans and projections

  • develop consistent methodology for long-term financial modeling that will be used for strategic investment decisions
  • develop computation methodologies for various metrics (customer unit economics, LTV:CAC, ARR and revenue retention) and own respective models
  • support ongoing development and evaluation of KPIs within the business
  • prepare pro forma income statement and calculate adjusted EBITDA on an ongoing basis
  • establish business partnerships within the company
  • prepare and deliver online and offline management presentations
  • develop and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of EIS products, industry trends and general business and financial acumen through various sources and initiatives
  • other tasks as may be requested

Please note that this role requires flexibility to work late hours, with availability until 6–8 CET.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • motivated and self-starter
  • experience with complex financial modelling and related tools and methodologies. Power BI knowledge is a plus
  • skills in business analytics to translate reporting into actionable decision support and recommendations
  • strong interpersonal and communications skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of individuals at all levels of the organization
  • business process engineering or re-engineering
  • comfortable leading discussions and being in front of large groups
  • working knowledge of the enterprise software industry. Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
  • travel may be required
