This role is responsible for verifying the quality of attendance and productivity reports, analyzing trends, and delivering actionable insights to enhance team performance.

About the Job

Key Duties:

• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and depth of workforce data, converting it into actionable insights.
• Leverage AI tools to automate tasks and enhance data analysis for strategic decision-making.
• Validate attendance and activity reports and conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends and potential issues.
• Develop actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise the Workforce team, ensuring deliverables meet high standards and providing final quality checks.
• Train and guide Workforce Specialists to enhance their analytical and reporting skills.
• Standardize and refine reporting processes for clarity and strategic value.
• Align workforce data with organizational goals, offering insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Collaborate with Heads of Departments (HODs) to interpret reports and integrate findings with objectives.
• Act as a liaison to ensure workforce initiatives support broader organizational priorities.
• Operational Support
• Address escalated workforce issues and optimize processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting systems to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, data analytics, or operations, with leadership responsibilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate Excel Skills, PowerPoint, Word).
• Preferably with Lean Six Sigma Certification
