IF YOU ARE

Proficient in project management, or business processes administration
Adaptable and resilient, thriving in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities without compromising quality
A sound coordinator and communicator effectively conveying the message to diverse audiences and stakeholders
Precise in planning methodologies
Proactive, flexible, and a real problem solver
Demonstrating at least an Upper-Intermediate English level
A holder of degree in physics, chemistry, and materials (as an advantage)
Aware of core technical aspects (as plus)

AND YOU WANT TO

Attend our Lviv office and meet the team in person
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Execute documentation, and presentation templates, collect and store reports and materials; prepare invoicing
Identify and assess the problems and challenges that may occur in your work, and develop and implement the solutions and improvements
Coordinate and collaborate with other employees and stakeholders, and ensure smooth and seamless workflow and integration
Monitor and measure the performance and progress of your and your team work, and report on the work status and results
Follow and adhere to the policies, procedures, and standards that govern your work, and update and document their work accordingly
Seek and provide feedback and suggestions on your work and the work of others, and participate in the continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
