Role: Finance Team Lead

Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Location: Philippines - Angeles

Schedule: Morning shift

Job Description:

• Financial audit and FS preparation
• Assists the Finance Manager and performs the tasks of the Finance Manager during absence
• Weekly cash position report
• Lease offers/contracts review and computation of cash requirements
• Equipment insurance monitoring
• Assistance on budgeting - forecast on PFRS 16, depreciation, other accounts as requested
• Creation/Update of ISO documentation (policies, procedures, PAD, work instruction as necessary)
• ISO audit - Ensure policies and procedures are reviewed and KPIs are monitored
• Preparation of reports as necessary
• Month-end Tasks
• Completeness checking of recorded vendor bills
• Recording of accruals
• Amortization and reconciliation of PFRS 16
• Review of BS and P&L accounts
• Comparative P&L analysis (Report for Investors)
• Preparation of consolidated accrued expense (Report for Investors)
• AP Turn Over report
• Business Unit monthly report
• ISO performance indicators update
• Review and approval of PH vendor bills and BIR Form 2307
• Vendor concurrence and reconciliation of balances

Qualification and requirements:

• Must be a CPA
• 3 years experience in accounts payable or finance roles, with a focus on team management.
• Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems, Netsuite), Excel, and financial reporting tools.
