The Successful Applicant

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Qualities

  • Experience with professional service organisations, particularly in accounting, highly regulated industries, associations, or NGOs, is highly regarded. Leadership experience in roles such as board member, advisor, or chair, with a proven track record of driving and advocating for key initiatives, is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and lead diverse teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop and execute plans aligned with organisational goals.
