The Successful Applicant

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Qualities

Experience with professional service organisations, particularly in accounting, highly regulated industries, associations, or NGOs, is highly regarded. Leadership experience in roles such as board member, advisor, or chair, with a proven track record of driving and advocating for key initiatives, is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and lead diverse teams effectively.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop and execute plans aligned with organisational goals.
