About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Amazon Supply Chain + Logistics Specialist to manage and optimize our supply chain operations on the Amazon platform. This role focuses on forecasting, inventory management, and inbound logistics, ensuring that our inventory levels align with demand while maintaining efficient supply chain processes. Reporting directly to the Head of Amazon, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth product flow and availability across all Amazon channels. Forecasting

Key responsibilities

  • Develop accurate sales forecasts for Amazon SKUs using historical data, market trends, and promotional plans.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align inventory needs with demand projections.
  • Continuously refine forecasting models to improve accuracy and reduce stockouts or overstocking risks.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor and audit inventory levels across all Amazon SKUs and fulfillment channels (FBA, AWD).
  • Generate detailed inventory reports, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure proper inventory allocation and replenishment strategies.

Inbound Logistics

  • Create and manage FBA and AWD inbound shipments, ensuring compliance with Amazon requirements.
  • Validate shipment details (SKUs, quantities, labels) and monitor progress to ensure timely receipt.
  • Work closely with logistics partners to resolve any shipment discrepancies or delays.

Process Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes and implement scalable solutions.
  • Leverage supply chain systems and tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives to align inventory and logistics processes with business goals.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or Amazon operations roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA, AWD, and inbound shipment workflows.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems like Fulfil is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Solid understanding of Amazon’s logistics and supply chain processes, including fulfillment channels and policies.
