Job description

This is a remote position.

Full-time
Monday to Friday
8:30am-5:30pm CST (10:30PM to 7:30AM Manila time)
40 hours per week​
1-hr unpaid break

Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new clients, providing them with essential information, and offering ongoing support. This role requires excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and experience in e-paperwork processing. You will interact directly with clients via inbound calls and emails, as well as work with insurance representatives to facilitate client needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for running reports, managing documentation for quoting, serving, and marketing purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients by guiding them through our services and providing them with all the necessary information.
  • Communicate clearly with clients through inbound calls and emails to resolve inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or needs they may have.
  • Work closely with insurance companies to gather and communicate essential information for clients.
  • Process and manage e-paperwork, ensuring all client documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Run, download, and upload reports related to quoting, client services, and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining client databases and ensure all information is correctly recorded and accessible.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure a smooth experience and to identify additional opportunities for service or product offerings.
  • Support other customer service and operational teams to ensure efficient processes and a positive customer experience.


Requirements
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a client-facing or onboarding capacity.
  • Strong communication skills, especially for handling emails and phone calls with clients.
  • Experience with e-paperwork processing, including digital forms and document management.
  • Ability to run and analyze reports, as well as manage files and information for quoting, serving, and marketing purposes.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with a focus on improving customer experiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not required.
