Job description

The Ecosystem Team will focus on integration betweenEHR software and custom digital properties, identify how to create cross-system and end-to-end observability, methods to ensure reliability, and improve resiliency across the ecosystem.
This team will operate in a scrum way – but will be directed by an Architect rather than a traditional product PO.
System analyst needs to have technical proficiency, documentation skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills as their work will connect product teams, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Less important is scrum story writing – although understanding the big ecosystem picture (systems thinking), and breaking it into workable pieces is needed.
