Strategic Account Executive - Enterprise Division
We are currently hiring for a key role as a
Strategic Account Executive in our Enterprise Division. This is an opportunity to be part of The USA TODAY and LocaliQ’s resource rich sales team that drive new and incremental dollars from heavy growth categories such as Medical, Home Services, Multi-Location Retail and Education (new technology that is disrupting the automotive advertising industry). Our Strategic Account Executives do not work in isolation but benefit from support teams with industry, product knowledge and creative talent to develop and build marketing strategies to recommend our current and perspective partners. This includes multiple solutions for each segment of the sales funnel.
Our teams utilize proven tactics for prospecting strategic clients and follow through with effective solutions that secure retention. Knowledge of specific industry segments and advanced knowledge of traditional and digital media products {And how they interact with each other} is a plus, but in-depth data and resources will be at your fingertips to understand our client’s market and develop strategies accordingly. We require a proven track record of driving net new business from high growth opportunities and a history of a satisfied account base. In short, we are looking for someone who is creative, organized, and has a history in brand, traditional and/or digital marking, can demonstrate resourcefulness, initiative and the ingenuity to build new client relationships and keep a large book of business.

This is a 100% remote role with some travel required. You must live in the contiguous U.S.
What We're Looking For...
- 4+ years sales experience with a history of successful sales, innovation and goal achievement in advertising, digital marketing or media.
- Ability to lead productive sales & strategy meetings with large, multi-location enterprise accounts is a plus
- Experience in Multi-Location Retail, Auto Aftermarket, or Home Services is a plus
- Experienced B2B hunter with digital/advertising sales experience.
- Well-crafted sales process/methodology
- Outstanding communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- No fear approach to new business development through cold-calling and networking and a successful track record to back it up
- Proven ability to build rapport and develop strong business relationships at a VP+ level
- CRM experience (e.g.Salesforce.com or similar)
- Ethical with a high level of personal integrity and initiative
- Digital marketing sales and strategy experience in key marketing solutions such as Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media, Reputation Management, Streaming or Programmatic and OTT and more.

Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility is to drive product penetration, upsell and retain accounts through the combination of acquiring new business and increasing current client spend while increasing client satisfaction.
- Creates solutions with Customer Service Manager and delivers custom solutions that provide and deliver ROI to clients. Focus on obtaining long term commitments and campaigns.
- Effectively uses SalesForce.com to manage the pipeline, maintains an awareness of revenue responsibilities and performance to goal, and stays abreast of details that require attention. Develops and works a pipeline of potential customers’ growth within existing base and growth from new high-potential prospects. Produces accurate forecasts
- Develops or synthesizes insights and can effectively create an account plan that helps shape a customized account strategy.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $50,000 and $60,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications, and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
