Position Summary

As a Deal Desk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth by collaborating with sales, pricing, and cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies, streamline deal processes, and support revenue goals. Your primary focus will be to support the sales team in crafting more profitable deals while ensuring alignment with company goals and policies.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Deal Structuring & Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with sales on pricing strategies to maximize profitability and close rates.
  • Quote Approval: Review and approve complex quotes, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, legal, and revenue teams to identify and mitigate deal risks, ensuring full compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Pipeline Management & Support: Proactively support sales in deal structuring, empowering sales reps to optimize pipeline opportunities and close deals efficiently.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use data to provide external teams with actionable insights regarding competition, pricing, market trends, etc.
  • Mentorship & Training: Act as a resource for onboarding; providing guidance to new team members and sales reps to ramp up and succeed quickly.


Minimum Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Deal Desk or Deal Strategy within a fast-paced B2B tech environment; SaaS, Usage, and Hardware experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in pricing strategy, deal structuring, and contract negotiation
  • Proven ability to build relationships across multiple teams and navigate complex deal configuration
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with an aptitude for collaboration. Flexible, adaptable, fast learner
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ, including expertise in quoting and opportunity workflows


The anticipated TTC range for this role is $114,000 - 165,000 Annual. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, state, or federal law.
