Job description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to optimize and support our financial systems, with primary focus on NAVOne/Dynamics 365. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency within the finance department and supporting the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead optimization of financial processes within NAVOne to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
Develop enhanced reporting capabilities for real-time financial data and decision-making support
Provide frontline support and training for NAVOne to finance personnel across all business units
Support Bolder Group CRM and Client Platforms development, including payment integration and invoice management
Assist with system integration during acquisitions and provide ongoing support to new business units
Manage Client Accounting systems supporting the Private Client business line
Ensure consistent support across multiple time zones and NAVOne versions
