Referral Processor

McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking Referral Processors for remote work in Alabama, South Carolina, and Tennessee. The Referral Processor will be responsible for maintaining the case management system database by entering required information for all new client referrals to include appropriately identifying and requesting missing information in a timely and accurate manner.

• Adhere to process work instruction and procedures to organize and compile data to ensure complete and accurate information.
• Resolve discrepancies in the referral data provided and obtain additional information and/or documentation for missing or incomplete referrals.
• Review and verify accuracy of data and make corrections in accordance with appropriate work instructions.
• Balance existing tasks related to follow-up for information, while prioritizing new referrals to ensure timeliness and accuracy according to client requirements.
• Draft basic documents to include initial letters sent on new referrals.

Skills/Abilities:

• One to two years experience in default operations preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills position requires interaction with all interoffice personnel, managers and attorneys as well as clients and outside vendors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Products including Excel, Outlook, Teams and Word
• Well organized, effective time management, prioritize and allocate workload for optimum efficiency
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Strong work and business ethics; Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a Team
• Effective problem solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Working knowledge of client systems including Black Knight/LPS, Tempo, a350 CaseAware
• Notaries or candidates willing to become a notary are preferred.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
• General high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Occasional overtime may be required.
