Job description

This is a remote position.

Part Time 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST

Responsibilities:
1. Blog and Content Management:
● Develop and maintain a content calendar for our blog and social media channels
● Generate fresh ideas and titles for blog posts
● Assist with blog transcribing and organizing content-related tasks

2. Content Creation and Copywriting:
● Craft compelling social media posts and short blog articles (under 500 words)
● Develop basic web content for landing pages
● Contribute to FAQ and helpdesk content creation

3. Social Media Management:
● Organize, schedule, and manage content on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
● Design simple graphics and write engaging captions for social media posts
● Monitor and respond to messages/inbox on all platforms
● Collaborate with other companies for cross-promotion on social media

4. Email Marketing:
● Design and manage basic email campaigns, including newsletters and marketing automation funnels
● Create and maintain an email marketing calendar
● Manage email lists and campaigns on platforms such as MailChimp

5. Marketing Research:
● Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and content ideas
● Identify relevant events and opportunities for the company to attend or host

6. Graphic Design:
● Design attention-grabbing graphics for social media using Canva.com
● Create simple brochures, flyers, and PowerPoint presentations
● Perform basic video editing tasks and add subtitles


7. Website Maintenance:
● Update website content, including text, images, and other media
● Add reviews, properties, products, or other content to the website and social media channels
● Work with website platforms such as WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace

Requirements
  • At Least 1-2 years of experience in content management, social media marketing, graphic design, and website creation and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills for blogs, social media, and emails.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic video editing.
  • Experience designing graphics, infographics, brochures, and multimedia content.
  • Ability to update websites, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize user experience.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated with industry trends.
  • With experience in the real estate industry
