Job description

• Inventory Management Systems: Develop, implement, and optimize inventory management workflows, ensuring optimal stock levels and preventing stockouts or excess.

• Purchase Order Management: Create and manage a comprehensive purchase order system, from vendor selection to order processing and follow-up.

• Freight and Logistics Operations: Oversee freight operations, including booking, tracking, and coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.

• Dashboard & Analytics Creation: Build user-friendly dashboards for real-time business analytics; analyze data trends and provide actionable insights for cost savings and process improvement.

• Data Import, Export & Visualization: Gather, organize, and manage large datasets to deliver clear data visualizations and reports for cross-functional teams.

• Infrastructure Building: Identify gaps in current operations and supply chain processes; propose and implement systems and best practices to drive efficiency.

• Communication & Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for freight updates, vendor inquiries, and order tracking; deliver clear and professional email correspondence.

• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment on business goals and product supply needs.

• Continuous Improvement: Monitor operational KPIs and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support company growth.
