About the Role
Roar Apex is seeking a dynamic CRM Specialist who can take ownership of our customer relationship management strategy and execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both building and implementing CRM systems, possesses a deep understanding of customer segmentation and insights, and is passionate about delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities
- CRM Strategy & Execution:
- Design, build, and implement CRM systems from scratch or enhance existing setups
- Utilise CRM tools like Braze or similar platforms with a results-driven and experimental approach
- Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Independently analyse data to gather insights, improve strategies, and identify opportunities
- Drive exceptional performance using data-driven methodologies, loyalty programs, gamification, and rewards schemes
- Define success metrics, track progress, and refine strategies for continuous improvement
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and design, to execute CRM initiatives effectively
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and alignment with business objectives
- Content & Communication:
- Clearly articulate objectives, methodologies, and outcomes to internal and external teams
- Support CRM campaigns with content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with company goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM strategy, execution, and data analysis
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Braze or similar platforms
- Ability to independently design and build CRM systems from the ground up
- Strong analytical skills with a history of delivering measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in high-growth startup environments or involvement in side projects is a plus
